The HU-GO Mobile application offers a convenient and quick way to pay road usage fees without the need for queuing, directly from a mobile device. For freight vehicles exceeding 3.5 tons in allowed maximum weight, users can now settle their road usage fees via this downloadable smartphone app.

Registered HU-GO users can log in using their client ID to purchase route tickets charged against their account balance. The app facilitates easier adjustments to the vehicle's axle count based on the current status, and allows users to monitor their HU-GO account balances effectively.

No registration is required to utilize the application. Once downloaded, users can effortlessly purchase their route tickets by entering the necessary information from any location, saving time and energy. In addition to its mobility benefits, the app provides a comfort feature allowing users to save vehicle details and frequently used route starting and destination points, further streamlining the ticket purchasing process.

Payments can be made securely via credit card. Card information can be encrypted and stored in the OTP Bank system after the first purchase, significantly reducing the time needed for subsequent transactions. A PIN code assigned by the user adds an extra layer of security, ensuring that only the user can initiate purchases using their card information combined with the PIN.

The application also permits storage of multiple credit card details with unique identifiers and payment PINs, simplifying the transaction process. Users only need to select their preferred card in the app and enter the corresponding PIN to begin payment.

Real-time notifications confirm successful purchases, prompting users to wait for this confirmation before embarking on their journey. Additionally, purchased route tickets can be accessed retroactively within the app.
